How do we go about booking Alpine for our event?
Most people have a lot of questions when it comes to booking a carnival for their festivals. In an effort to better serve you, we will attempt to answer a few of the most common questions here. Please feel free to call us with any questions you may have.
How much will it cost us to have a carnival?
It will cost you nothing; in fact, you financially prosper by having rides and games at your event. Carnivals pay a percentage of the ride revenue and a flat rate on the concessions to the festival for allowing us to be there. It is a partnership of sorts, one where both the festival and the carnival work together to ensure a successful event.
What do we have to do on our end?
The most important thing we need for you to do is to advertise the festival.We can provide you with coupons for discounts on the rides, as well as help you develop an advertising strategy.
We also need you to provide the space where the carnival will set up, a water hookup and a single 110V outlet for our ice machines. We provide all our own power for the rides and concessions during operating hours.
How much will you pay us?
That is hard to answer without prior figures from the event. That is why we ask for 3 years’ worth of financial records for the event along with the checkup sheets from the previous carnivals.
Ok, What’s Next?
What we would need to do is to come out and measure the location. Once we have established that there is enough room and looked over the financial records, we will put together a contract that will be financially beneficial to both parties.
The contract will spell out all the terms, as well as ride specials and the dates of the event. Upon signing the contract, you will have secured our company to provide your festival with the rides and concessions.
